2.1 We offer property maintenance services, including but not limited to:

General repairs

Landscaping and gardening

Cleaning

Plumbing, electrical, and handyman services (if applicable)

Routine property upkeep

Domestic refurbishments, painting and decorating

Emergency call-out services (if applicable)

Tenant and/or property finding.

2.2 Service descriptions on the Site are provided for general information only. Final scope and pricing will be determined after assessment and agreement between you and us.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

3.1 All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated and may change based on actual work required.

3.2 Pricing will be agreed before work begins, except in emergency or time-sensitive situations where immediate action is required.

3.3 All quotes are subject to an additional cost for materials, these are charged at a fixed rate of £50 to cover basic accrued material costs. Any works that require us to purchase additional materials (such as fixings, paint, adhesives etc) in order to complete the work will be added in addition to the fixed £50 charge.


3.4 Payment terms:

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated

Deposits may be required for larger projects

Late payments may incur additional charges

3.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if payment terms are not met.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1 You may cancel or reschedule a service by giving at least 5 days notice.
4.2 Cancellations with insufficient notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated labour costs.
4.3 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or staff availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 You agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property

Ensure that utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are available if required for the job

Inform us of any known hazards at the property

5.2 We are not liable for delays or work limitations caused by lack of access, safety issues, or unavailable utilities.

6. Warranty & Liability

6.1 We provide services with reasonable care and skill.
6.2 We do not guarantee outcomes beyond what is reasonable for the type of service performed.
6.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Damage caused by pre-existing conditions

Issues arising from misuse or failure to maintain the property after service

6.4 If damage is caused directly by our work, we will assess and remedy the issue where reasonably possible.

7. Third-Party Contractors

7.1 In some cases, we may use qualified subcontractors to deliver services.
7.2 All subcontractors are vetted, but we are not liable for acts or omissions of subcontractors beyond what is required by law.

8. Website Content

8.1 All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by us or licensed to us.
8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
